Children singing always touches me straight to the heart and makes me cry. There is so much sweetness in that sound. Thanks for reminding me to look for one more good thing.
How wonderful! And right up my alley as you might imagine. I can't say how many times I heard from singers in my elder chorus that they were told as young children that they couldn't sing. Such a curse put on them...until they found the Golden Tones.
Thank you, Carol. Me, too! As I keep telling everyone, I write this blog to keep myself sane. It really helps me to find just one good thing to write about!
Sure needed this “good thing “ today. Thanks.
There’s a unique communication within music and poetry. Sound can soothe; perhaps especially with harmony.
Thanks, Sylvie.
True! I love your reminder that poetry and music go so beautifully together! Thanks!

I know exactly what you mean! Thank you.

What a gift you gave them in helping them to find their voices!
Thank you Sylvia for reminding me of the good and inspirational in our world. I need this more than ever!
